MP3 TOOLS V2.4 BY OM2804. ENGLISH BY MR.E1

Mp3 Tools is a midlet application that can:

cut mp3 files into ringtones
- with milliseconds accuracy and VBR support
join two mp3 files (depends on file size)
edit ID3v1 and ID3v2 tags

Important:

Before using Mp3 Tools, select compatible phone from settings menu.

You can install this SIGNED without internet connection (so far tested and successful on s60v2 fp3 phones), just follow procedures in
OFFLINE SIGNED APPLICATIONS…
